Kimberly was the very best! She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate surrounding Lake Tahoe and all it has to offer. Growing up and living in Tahoe, she was a wealth of knowledge and educated us on the different neighborhoods around the lake and community features they offered that we might be interested in and focus our search around. Originally, our search was geared towards a vacation home near the lake, but we eventually purchased a beautiful home in the golf community of Lahontan in Truckee. Thankfully we had Kimberly to guide us. Her organization, professionalism, and responsiveness were top notch. When it came down to the bottom line, negotiating the price, that too was handled smoothly. Kimberly also went above and beyond, following up with any questions or concerns post closing.
